PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, announced the formation of an industry council focused on the advancement of High Pressure Processing (HPP) as a critical technology in the food and beverage industry. The Cold Pressure Council (CP Council), convened by PMMI, aims to lead, facilitate and promote industry standardization, user education and consumer awareness of HPP.

The new CP Council will be introduced at ProFood Tech—and you are invited to meet its founding members! Please join us for a breakfast to hear more about the objectives of the Council and opportunities to get involved.

Also on the agenda:

  • The CP Council will discuss industry best practices and address questions about the technology
  • Founding members will share their knowledge on the latest process insights and successes
  • Discussions will highlight benefits of HPP and how to get involved in this new Council
