First Time Exhibitors at ProFood Tech

Welcome! We want you to have a successful experience exhibiting for the first time at ProFood Tech. To help you get off to a smooth start, we have compiled some topline information for you here.

The Exhibitor Dashboard gives you access to all booth-planning information, including your exhibitor directory listing (company profile). The online exhibitor directory listing is your first point of contact with attendees and will be a determining factor in their decision to add your booth to their show agenda. To stand out, you should make your listing compelling and full of pertinent information.

To sign in to the dashboard you will need your Exhibitor ID and password, which are provided to your company’s Show Contact in weekly Exhibitor Updates.

Log in to your account to:

  • Upload your company description
  • List the vertical markets you serve
  • List your product categories
  • Promote in-booth educational offerings
  • Register booth personnel
  • Access the Exhibitor Services Manual
  • Upload your latest product/press releases

The EXPO Group offers an online ordering system called cyberservices®, where you can shop for all the services you will need to set up your booth. You will need the Show ID and Password information that was given to your Show Contact to log in and order services such as:

  • Electric
  • Graphics
  • Carpeting
  • Cleaning
  • Water
  • Floral
  • Compressed Air
  • Custom Booths
  • Furnishings

Additional information, including shipping and advanced warehouse instructions, target dates, lead retrieval services and other required forms, can be found in the Exhibitor Services Manual.   


Exhibiting companies receive one free exhibitor badge per 75 square feet of contracted space, and additional badges are $5 per badge until March 1. Afterwards, the rate goes up to $15 per additional badge.

Badges are mailed via US mail by default to domestic registrants. International exhibitors must select a mailing method or plan to pick up the badges on site at the Exhibitor Registration areas.

The ProFood Tech Hotel Reservation Office (Expovision) can offer you the lowest rates, a rate guarantee, and free shuttle service between your hotel and McCormick Place. Book now! Hotels sell out.

The deadline to book your hotel at our special rates is March 1, 2019.

The ProFood Tech Rules & Regulations are an integral and binding part of your contract as an exhibitor. Following the guidelines will allow everyone to enjoy a successful show.

Please be sure to review the Rules & Regulations for:

  • Rules for your booth type
  • What may be exhibited
  • Space allowance
  • Installation and dismantling
  • Games, signage and more


Each exhibitor will have assigned target dates and time slots for installation (move-in) and dismantling (move-out) of display material, equipment and machinery at the McCormick Place. Drayage/Material Handling (moving items between your truck at the dock and your booth) is included in your space rate provided your truck arrives by your assigned date and time.
